How it works
There's no program to follow and no schedule to keep. This is roughly how myPacia unfolds for most people — but every step is optional, and none of them expire.
Day one
A few quick questions — your conditions, your medications, what you'd like to track. Everything can be changed later, and nothing here is shared unless you choose to share it. Most people are done before their tea cools.
The first entry
Eleven tracking categories — mood, sleep, pain, vitals, meals, and more — and every one of them is optional, every day. A quick check-in takes a couple of taps. One entry is plenty; the rest can wait for a better day.
Week one
Entries land on your timeline — a single scrollable record of symptoms, medications, appointments, and notes. Your streak counts the days you showed up, and a skipped day is never scolded.
A few weeks in
myPacia looks across your days for what tends to appear together — sleep, activity, mood, stress against your symptoms. Each pattern shows how many days of data sit behind it, and it always says “often appears with”, never “caused by”.
Before an appointment
The pre-visit report compiles your entries into a summary a clinician can read in a minute — symptom timeline, medication adherence, vitals against their reference bands. PDF, one click, nothing you didn't log.
When you want backup
Someone you trust can view or log for you — useful on the days you'd rather rest. Access is invite-only, scoped to the areas you choose, and revocable at any time.
On the hard days
Mark when a flare starts, mark when it ends — the app leaves you alone in between. Hard days are part of the record too, and the record keeps.
